INFORMATION DOCUMENT ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 45 OF THE INSURANCE SUPERVISION ACT (ISA)
This information document is provided in accordance with Article 45 paragraph 1 ISA. It informs policyholders prior to entering into an insurance contract about the identity, activities, liability, and data processing of OSA Consulting GmbH.
1. IDENTITY
OSA Consulting GmbH, Eptingerstrasse 61, 4132 Muttenz, operates as an independent and neutral insurance broker.
It is registered in the insurance intermediary register of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) under registration number F01430220.
The following persons are employed as financial advisors at OSA Consulting GmbH and are registered in the advisor register:

Information on training and continuing education can be viewed via the FINMA advisor register or upon request from OSA Consulting GmbH.
2. TYPE OF INTERMEDIATION AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS
OSA Consulting GmbH is independent within the meaning of Article 43 ISA and acts on behalf of the client, not on behalf of the insurer.
There are cooperation agreements with various insurance and health insurance companies, but without any obligation to follow instructions or financial participation.

4. COMPENSATION AND REMUNERATION
OSA Consulting GmbH is compensated by insurance companies for the intermediation of contracts according to standard market conditions.
This involves exclusively commissions or brokerage fees, not fees from the client.
The policyholder does not make any direct payment to OSA Consulting GmbH, and there is no entitlement to the commission paid by the insurance companies.
Market standard guidance:
- Basic insurance maximum CHF 70
- Supplementary insurance maximum 16 times the supplementary insurance premium
- Motor vehicle insurance maximum 25% of the net premium
- Household insurance maximum 50% of the net premium
- Legal protection insurance maximum 115% of the net premium
- Travel insurance maximum 50% of the net premium
- Private pension maximum 0.55% of the total premium
- Daily sickness benefit insurance maximum 17% of the net premium
- Accident insurance maximum 8% of the net premium
- Occupational pension maximum 41% of the risk premium
The stated amounts and percentages are for guidance and may vary slightly depending on the product and insurance company.
5. CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
OSA Consulting GmbH acquires new clients through referrals and digital channels, particularly through campaigns on social media.
These campaigns are exclusively aimed at raising awareness of general advisory services. There is no product advertising or direct approach for a specific insurance contract.
Cold calling in the sense of unsolicited contact does not take place and is not supported.
6. LIABILITY AND OMBUDSMAN
OSA Consulting GmbH has professional liability insurance with the legally required coverage in accordance with FINMA requirements.
It is liable for financial losses arising from negligence, errors, or incorrect information in the course of its intermediation activities.
Internal and external complaints office
In case of disputes, the policyholder can first contact OSA Consulting GmbH.
If no agreement is reached, neutral mediation can be arranged through the following ombudsman:

7. DUTY OF CARE AND DATA PROTECTION
OSA Consulting GmbH processes personal data in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, as of January 1, 2025).
Personal data is used exclusively for developing individually tailored pension and insurance solutions and is treated confidentially.
It is stored electronically in accordance with statutory retention periods.
The data is managed in the CRM system of OSA Consulting GmbH.
Technical data storage takes place on servers in Switzerland (locations Zurich and Geneva).
This infrastructure is subject exclusively to Swiss data protection law; no transfer of personal data abroad takes place.
Data exchange with insurance companies only occurs to the extent strictly necessary for application submission, quote preparation, or contract processing.
Data subjects have the right to request information about their stored data.
